A: It is always best to make your monthly payments while you are in the short sale process. If you continue to make your payments during this process it will help you maintain a better credit rating. If you can't make your payments you should always talk with your lender to work other options out while the process is being completed.
Q: I believe that I need to short sale my property, how can I get more information?
A: If you feel that you need to short sale your property, it is always best to speak with your current lender to find out your options and if they will work with you on a short sale.
